Dedicated and passionate law enforcement professional with over four decades of public service experience. Began her law enforcement career as a Parole Officer with the Arizona State Department of Corrections. Shortly thereafter, was hired by the FBI as a Special Agent. During the next 25 years, she was progressively promoted into the roles of Supervisor in the Criminal Investigative Division; Assistant Legal Attaché in London, England; Senior Liaison Officer in the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy; Chief of the Logistics Unit; and Chief of the Clandestine Operations Unit. Prior to retiring, she played an integral part in the creation of the FBI’s Leadership Development Program, where she designed, developed, and delivered strategic leadership programs to front-line supervisors and senior program managers. She has also led multiple teams in developing and delivering leadership training to junior and senior law enforcement officers in the Caribbean, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Since retiring, she has traveled multiple times to the United Arab Emirates to assess and train junior and senior-level Emirati Security/Intelligence Officers in leadership and strategic thinking. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Psychology from Arizona State University.
