Principled leader with extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, to include all areas of HR management and leadership, program development and management, strategic planning and teamwork.  She has worked collaboratively and effectively in a variety of agencies, to include the Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Prince William County (VA) Government, City of Alexandria (VA), Norfolk State University, and the City of Norfolk, to provide quality HR services (ex. recruitment reengineering, update classification and compensation systems, benefit implementation, redesign performance management systems).  She possesses an array of well-developed skills in the areas of effective oral and written communications, facilitation, problem solving, budgeting/finance, and supervision/management of personnel.  She is a dedicated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultant, trainer, and advocate.  She obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, and is a Doctoral candidate, Southern Methodist University.
